Give your lilies a fresh cut when you get home and place them in cold water. Make sure the vase you choose will provide support for the stem. Due to the large number of buds, the top of the flower will get quite heavy as it comes into bloom. Recut the stems periodically when possible and remove any spent blossoms. Keep them out of direct sunlight and enjoy. Remember also, pollen stains! So its a good idea to remove them before they get you on the nose when you inhale their fragrance or on anything else they touch.
